About
Essay journal and archive: politics, bureaucracy, technology and public life. Long reads, series and dossiers.
Editorial Purpose
Lumen Arkhé is an independent editorial project dedicated to long-form essays. Each text seeks to illuminate the hidden mechanisms of public power, technology, and state administration.
The name combines lumen (light, clarity) with arkhé (principle, origin, governance): the light that seeks the foundation of things. It is an invitation to think rigorously about the fundamentals of collective life.
We publish essays, reviews and chronicles organized into thematic sections and editorial series. All content is freely available on the web. Periodically, issues are compiled in PDF format for offline reading or printing.
